Say “cheese!” 805 Charcuterie is coming to our winery to teach a workshop on building beautiful charcuterie boards that are a feast for the eyes and the mouth! Our workshop will teach you how to “cheese-scape” classic charcuterie board ingredients (meats, cheeses, nuts, fruits, flowers, and more) into something more like a piece of art than anything else. After finishing your masterpiece, enjoy all the delicacies of your pièce de résistance with a glass of our estate wine!
