Vineyard Package
Focused on an outdoor experience, this package offers a serene setting amidst the vineyard.
- Access: Includes Vineyard Lawn area.
- Availability: Available any day from 5 pm onwards.
- Event Duration: 4 hours included.
- Additional Hours: Optional extension from 9pm to 10pm.

Estate Package
This all-inclusive package provides access to every major area, perfect for a comprehensive event setup.

Our newly renovated spaces offer a versatile and inviting atmosphere for workshops, meetings, and company retreats, creating memorable experiences throughout the year.
The Vineyard Lawn
Our beautifully manicured lawn, bordered on three sides by our organically farmed Grenache Blanc vineyard, offers a scenic and serene setting for your corporate event. Whether you’re planning team-building activities, outdoor workshops, or networking mixers, the Vineyard Lawn provides an inspiring backdrop that enhances creativity and connection.
The View Room
Once a barrel room, this impressive space has been transformed into a modern indoor venue perfect for corporate gatherings. With six striking chandeliers and 9-foot tall glass doors that offer breathtaking views of the vineyard, the View Room’s neutral palette allows you to customize the space for meetings, presentations, and seminars to align with your corporate branding and objectives.
The Terrace
Our serene Terrace, located just outside the Lounge and View Room, is an excellent space for mingling during breaks or for hosting casual networking sessions. The grand sliding glass doors create a seamless indoor/outdoor flow, allowing your guests to enjoy the picturesque surroundings of wine country while fostering meaningful business connections.
The Lounge
Designed with an industrial-chic aesthetic, the Lounge provides a comfortable yet sophisticated environment for your corporate event. Whether used as a breakout space, a casual gathering area for coffee breaks, or an evening networking spot, the Lounge adds a touch of relaxation and elegance to any corporate function.

FAQ's
Events may last until 10pm at our venue with the last guests leaving by 10:15pm. All vendors must be off the property by 11:30pm.
We stick to making delicious wines only! We do have some phenomenal caterers in our area who do a great job at showcasing the amazing produce and products made on the Central Coast. Some caterers we, and our past clients, have enjoyed working with are listed on our Recommended Vendors list.
Note: Caterers must be full-service; their staff provide the service labor at your event.
Like many wineries, our ABC license only permits us to serve our wine at our property. Your caterer may procure alcohol liability insurance and may provide beer and sparkling wine to your guests as well. All alcohol served in the event areas must be served by a licensed bartender and/or caterer. We ask that last call occurs at least 30 minutes before the scheduled end of the event for safety and liability purposes. Staffing for beer and sparkling wine service is not provided by Zaca Mesa, but can commonly be sourced through your caterer. If beer and sparkling wine is licensed through the caterer, their staff will pour the beer and sparkling wine in addition to our wine.
What is the alcohol policy?
Our wine purchase minimum is 1 case (12 bottles) per 20 guests.
We love when our clients have live music and we are happy to make recommendations for local musicians. We allow amplified music at our venue until 10pm, 7 days a week. Most DJs and bands provide their own sound equipment and we have power outlets located in various spots around the property for easy set up.
Yes, we have ample parking space at our winery with approximately 60 spots; no overnight parking is permitted. However, we STRONGLY suggest arranging a shuttle service for your guests. We do not mandate a shuttle service, but highly recommend one for all party sizes. Foxen Canyon Road is very dark at night, so for the safety of your guests we always recommend shuttles. Please see our Recommended Vendors list for recommendations.
