Sometimes we are presented with opportunities we can not
pass up, either from mother nature or from our innovation
to do different things. These small opportunities are
displayed in our tasting room for you to discover. They
include:
Eight Barrel Syrah
We use our young and aggressive Mesa A block
Syrah to test 8 different barrel coopers. Usually available
April – December
Z Gris
Our dry rosé is our celebration of Spring. Usually
available March – October.
Grenache
Our Grenache has red floral, strawberry, raspberry liqueur and smoky aromas and flavors with a long, lingering finish. Although it is great as an aperitif, it can easily be enjoyed with mild cheeses, grilled salmon, or lamb kabobs over the next five to seven years.
