Zaca Mesa Winery & Vineyards is strongly committed to preserving the privacy of its customers. This privacy statement lets you know about our policies for the collection and use of information about you and your transactions with us.

All information that you have provided us, or will provide us, is protected. It will not be sold, rented, or relinquished to any other company. If you have opted out of our mailing list or email list and wish to be placed on the list again, contact info@zacamesa.com or re-sign up on the website.

When You Place an Order

During the order checkout process, we ask you to give us information specific to that order, including your billing address, shipping address, credit card information and email address. The information that you provide is used to process and send your orders. We will use the information to contact you if there is a problem with your order. We may use the information to contact you for feedback on our products and services. We do not make our customer list available to other companies. When choosing expedited shipping: California shipments are sent UPS overnight and all other states are sent UPS two-day air. This option is not available for Hawaii and Alaska as all shipments are sent UPS two-day air.

Security

All of our transactions automatically take place on a secure server. Our site's security certificate is provided by VeriSign. All of your personal information is encrypted before it is transmitted over the Internet.
